Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect or process:

• Login, employee, customer and customer-associate account details.
• Names, email addresses, mobile numbers, employee/customer IDs, office and branch details.
• AWB, shipment, booking, billing, invoice, e-way bill and delivery information.
• Sender and receiver names, contact details, addresses and pincodes.
• Office, branch, route and location-related operational information used to process shipments.
• Proof of delivery (POD) photos, signatures, stamps and delivery remarks.
• Camera or gallery content selected by the user for AWB/barcode scanning or POD evidence.
• Device, browser, app version, IP address, error logs and technical diagnostics needed for security and reliability.

Camera and Gallery Access

The AGB Courier app may request camera access to scan AWB numbers or barcodes and to capture POD images. Gallery access is used only when a user chooses an existing image to upload as delivery evidence. These permissions are used for courier operations and are not used for unrelated monitoring or advertising.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and manage organization-controlled access.
• Create, route, track, deliver and support shipments.
• Generate manifests, POD records, invoices and operational reports.
• Communicate service updates and respond to support or deletion requests.
• Prevent misuse, investigate errors and improve app security and performance.
• Meet contractual, accounting, tax, audit and legal obligations.

Sharing and Sale of Data

We may share information with authorized AGB Courier offices, organization administrators, employees, delivery partners and service providers only where needed to operate the service, process a shipment, host systems, provide support or comply with law. Service providers are expected to protect the information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

We do not sell personal data.

Security, Storage and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and access-control safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. Information is stored only for as long as needed for service operations, support, contracts and legitimate business purposes. Shipment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained for the period required by applicable law even after an account is deleted.

Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law and organizational controls, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw optional permissions, or raise a privacy concern. Device permissions can also be managed through your phone settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Account and Data Deletion

Submit a request using our public Account and Data Deletion Request page. We may verify your identity and, for organization-managed accounts, coordinate with the relevant administrator before acting.
