These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AGB Courier and Cargo Services website, applications, shipment tracking facilities and courier or cargo services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Use
You must provide complete and accurate sender, receiver, shipment and billing information. Our services must not be used for unlawful, prohibited, dangerous or improperly declared goods. We may refuse or suspend a shipment where information is incomplete, payment is outstanding, packaging is unsafe or transportation would violate applicable law.
Booking and Tracking
An AWB, booking receipt or tracking update records the information available in our system at that time. Tracking events and estimated delivery dates are informational and may change because of route conditions, weather, operational constraints, regulatory checks or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Packaging and Restricted Items
The sender is responsible for suitable packaging, correct labelling and lawful declaration of shipment contents and value. Cash, illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, perishable goods and other restricted items must not be tendered unless expressly accepted in writing and permitted by law.
Charges and Payment
Freight, taxes, handling, remote-area, fuel, storage and other applicable charges are payable according to the confirmed booking terms. Incorrect weight, dimensions, destination or shipment declarations may result in adjusted charges. Delayed or failed payment may lead to service suspension or lawful recovery action.
Delivery and Proof of Delivery
A shipment may be delivered to the receiver, an authorized representative or another person reasonably available at the delivery address, subject to the selected service. A signature, stamp, OTP, receiver name, photograph or other recorded confirmation may be retained as proof of delivery.
Delays, Loss and Claims
Delivery schedules are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Any claim for loss, shortage or damage must be submitted promptly with the AWB, invoice, value proof, photographs and other supporting records. Liability, where established, is subject to applicable law, declared value, insurance terms and the limitations agreed for the service.
User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access to protect customers, operational systems or legal compliance.
Privacy and Account Deletion
Personal and shipment information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Eligible deletion requests can be submitted through the Account Deletion page.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services, operations or legal obligations change. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated effective date.
